helloooo! ~

helllooo choristers! (:

hahah this is such a random post but it's the start of a new year of school! And isn't that just so soo awesome? (: Hehehe i know for some of us, it's kind of scary or intimidating being in a new class, or having to deal with so many scary subjects and all, but let's continue to stay excited and happy for the new year alright? A new year means new activities, new friends (yay can't wait for the new Sec 1s) and new songs! (:

For those who are graduating this year (Sec 4), make this year your best year! Sing your heart out for every practise and make choir practise your time to chill out and relax from your study schedule or something. Go and make the effort to get to know other people in the choir personally, make this year count! (: Be a legacy. Jiayouu to the veryveryveryvery maxx for your 'O's and remember alwaysalways that God is with you, yes? pl0xx please go study and make the choir proud!

For the rest who are going to continue staying in choir this year, whoopee for you! Really continue to stay excited for this year! Don't come to practice every week looking and seeming so sianzz ... Put on a smile and be positive about choir practices ;D For example, instead of being so sian and unhappy, be happy and think of all the wonderful fellowship and friends you can make! Think of all the happy memories you'll make in the choir! Haha i know it's pretty lame ... but it makes a difference seeing the positive side of things! (: Let's all put in effort this year (SYF year) and really strive for our best (GOLD WITH HONOURS) Let's not be discouraged or demoralised even when we make mistakes! Let's really be determined and persevere to the end, alright? ON!

Anyway, after this superduperrr long post, i just want to end with this. I love it whenever the choir starts with prayer. Cause i feel that we are bringing God into the picture, which is just awesome and radical woohoo! So let's come to choir practise, and proclaim (not literally of course) that we want to depend on our God 100% and rely on His great strength, even if we are tired or weary or stressed etc. Let's not forget who we are really doing this for - our awesome God.

So let's start this new year with a BANG! kthxbai.

in God's great love,
